Department
DIPARTIMENTO DI INGEGNERIA GESTIONALE
Description
The course intends to develop functional professional skills for the roles of middle school management, such as those related to so-called 'instrumental functions' and other professional specialization profiles that can be involved in the middle management process in various ways not yet having a specific regulatory recognition and well- defined tasks (department coordinator, plexus manager, referent for BES, referents for guidance, for evaluation, for planning training activities, etc.). It also intends to develop the organizational skills necessary for the full and informed exercise of the teaching function in the current school. In this sense, the activities of the Master unfold within two macro-dimensions of reference: (1) the managerial dimension, useful for developing and consolidating management's own skills; (2) the pedagogical dimension, to develop and consolidate pedagogical reference models applied to the exercise of organizational and managerial activity in an educational institution such as the school. The trained professional figures will therefore acquire the managerial and pedagogical tools useful to be able to assist, in the fullness of the role, the head teacher of reference.
