The Master's degree course in ?Management of educational and training institutions. Skills and innovation for School Management ?aims to develop professional skills functional to the strategic and innovative role of the school manager, with reference to today's context and its possible evolutions.

"The Executive Master in Management of Educational Institutions and Schools has the following specific objectives: - to deepen the knowledge of the education system in relation to Europe; - supporting the ability to promote, promote and manage change; - provide the knowledge and managerial skills and educational leadership for the conduct of educational institutions; - deepening the themes of the management of educational institutions (planning, design, evaluation, project management, etc.); - develop the skills needed to improve decision-making processes; - enhance behavioral, relational and negotiating skills; - support the acquisition of organizational skills; - develop an integrated vision of the main school organizational functions with a view to interdisciplinarity; - promote mutual knowledge between school institutions and social and economic actors operating in the area; - encourage the identification of possible areas of cooperation; - supporting technological innovation by reducing the digital divide in schools and students; - promote the knowledge and export of significant experiences (best practices) produced by the school system in the territory, by virtue of operating on the network."
