Description

The Master, in collaboration with the Builders Association of the Province of Como, intends to address emerging issues for construction companies complementary to actual construction. The aim of the initiative is to train highly specialized profiles in real estate development and management with particularreference to issues relating to sustainability. The Master aims to develop skills aimed at verifying the feasibility of real estate development operations and real estate management with specific reference to facility management for tourism businesses. The Master, therefore, intends to provide the theoretical principles and operational models to acquire a level of professional knowledge sufficient to adequately introduce and carry out the new skills for construction companies at all levels and scales. The training objectives are divided into the acquisition of in-depth knowledge of elements of real estate marketing and development, finance and evaluation of assets for ordinary and special purposes, project computerization (BIM), due diligence and compliance analysis, project management, real estate management, environmental certification and a specific module dedicated to ESG criteria in the construction sector. The entire training course is based on an advanced teaching approach, which includes theoretical lessons, discussion and resolution of case studies, in order to promote interaction between teachers and participants and to consolidate the acquisition of theoretical knowledge. Classes will be held at ANCE COMO.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics and Commerce and Law. Other degrees may be admitted by the Master's Committee if deemed relevant to the training course. Equivalenti foreign qualifications from their respective University Systems will be considered valid.
