Description
All companies today are part of complex and articulated value chains, consisting of complex supply networks and distribution chains, often distributed internationally. This is true for both large and small and medium-sized companies, in all industrial and commercial sectors, from mass consumption to automotive, from fashion to pharmaceuticals, from food to plant engineering. The Supply Chain is therefore source of creation of value and competitive advantage, as well as management of the risks and the sustainability, by now unavoidable for any company. To compete in this context are necessary advanced professional figures, able to understand, to plan and to manage supply chain evolved, with an overall vision that goes beyond the traditional functional distinctions (logistics, purchases, planning, etc.) to evolve towards broader roles and responsibilities.
Educational project
The Executive Program in Supply Chain Management Excellence pursues the following educational objectives: - Providing an enlarged vision of the strategic role of the Supply Chain, the Purchasing, and the Logistics in the enterprise and of the ties with the other functions, in a perspective of integrated Supply Chain. - Knowing the most advanced digital technologies and their application to Supply Chain, Purchasing and Logistics. - Developing the specialist skills of Supply Chain, Purchasing and Logistics. - Providing the tools to drive the digitalization and innovation of Supply Chain, Logistics and Purchasing processes.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science. Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective University Sytems will be considered valid.
