Description

The course aims to provide specific professional skills for those motivated to embark on a career in the field of public contracting with a special focus on the most innovative profiles that characterize the discipline to adapt it to rapid scientific and technological evolution. In this perspective, the course combines legal skills with the necessary technical, economic and managerial knowledge, to better respond to the needs of the Public Administration and of business people and professionals who collaborate with it.

Educational project

The objective of the course is to insert the discipline of procurement and public contracts in the context of the significant transformations that have been affecting the Public Administrations. Digitalization, energy and economic sustainability, attention to the result are the red thread for defining new skills, management tools, relationships between the various figures involved (administration, Project managers, entrepreneurs, managers of public services) and responsibility profiles.

Requirements

The Specializing Master is reserved for candidates with Bachelor and/or a Master of Science Degree in Architecture, Engineering (civil, construction, management), Legal Sciences, Political Science, Economics and Insurance Sciences, Economics and Commerce. Foreign candidates qualification equivalents will be considered in their respective university systems
