Noemi Basso, was a brilliant student of Politecnico di Milano on the Building Architecture programme and then an excellent PhD graduate. Ha proseguito la sua carriera in Giappone ottenendo il prestigioso ruolo di docenza presso la Waseda University di Tokyo. The award will be granted to the degree thesis considered the best among those submitted on the topic “Architecture-Structure relationship in new building design and in the recovery of existing architecture".
