The degree prize, worth € 2,000.00 gross,shall be awarded to the best degree thesis that addresses topics relating to "Mechanical Design".Following the early death of Prof. Francesco Rosa, alumnus and tenured researcher at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano, the Department of Mechanical Engineering has decided to commemorate him with the establishment of the degree award named after him.
