HFT STUTTGART TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCE

Tradition and innovation are key features of the Hochschule Fuer Technik Stuggart (HFT Stuttgart). Founded in 1832 as "Winter School for Building Craftsmen", today HFT Stuttgart offers a wide range of accredited degree and master's programs. The campus is located in the center of Stuttgart, the business center of southwestern Germany. The philosophy of the university is to support the teaching of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills such as team building and the ability to work on interdisciplinary projects, integrating the possibility of collaborations with companies and businesses. From the point of view of internationality, interesting activities are offered to integrate with other students, frequent excursions and guided tours of the city, as well as participation in specific courses that allow understanding and deepening the cultural dimension. The teaching is supported by modern IT equipment from a continuously updated library and from numerous laboratories such as, for example, the Center for the physics of buildings or the Laboratory of light. An important dimension is in the field of research developed both nationally and internationally with an interdisciplinary and practical application-oriented approach.
