We have an egalitarian, inclusive and valuing way of working and we want everyone to experience the intellectual freedom to contribute to the development of society.

We believe that feeling safe and secure in your work environment is an important condition for focusing as much as possible on your work. We believe it is important that everyone feels valued regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation and gender identity, and that mutual differences are not only accepted but also valued. It is in an environment like this that everyone's potential can be expressed, creating space for innovation and creativity. This philosophy of ours is also the one that allows us to better understand society, the problems that afflict it and be more ready to remedy them.

Our code of ethics clearly guides us on this path, as well as the system of internal regulations aimed at ensuring a safe and inclusive working environment, starting with recruitment and selection procedures and throughout life at the University.

We provide all our people with periodic climate and organizational well-being surveys; we offer them various psychological and psychotherapeutic support services; we organize continuous training courses on the issues of inclusion, well-being and equal opportunities; We invest in the growth and continuous development of our people's skills and create extra-work opportunities where everyone can nurture their interests and passions.
