Established in 1936, Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN) is a leading institute of public education in Mexico. Its mission is to promote education opportunities for everyone, and to help contributing to the social and economic development of Mexican society. IPN aims to. be an inclusive educational institution with international prestige whose community contributes to the scientific, technological and innovative development with social impact within the country. Its main campus is based in Mexico City with many other research units located across 23 other states in the country. Almost every course at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional is taught in Spanish, however IPN offers also some English-taught course.
