The Rheinisch-Westfalische Techniques Hochschule Aachen (RWTH), founded in 1870, is located in Aachen, known as "Europastadt" (City of Europe), is the main city in the western part of Germany. Three nations with three languages converge at its borders, placing it at the center of a dynamic cross-border region. The teaching of RWTH Aachen and research are reflected in its image, in fact, thanks to the students and their different cultural life, the city, rich in tradition, has a lively and young appearance, particularly in the student district of Pontviertel.
