The Universidad Europea de Madrid (UEM) is a relatively small, private university located in the city of Madrid. Founded in 1995, it consists of 2 campuses in Madrid, Alcobendas and Villaviciosa de Odón, one campus in Valencia and another in the Canary Islands. The UEM adopts a comprehensive teaching model that puts particular emphasis on students' maturity and autonomy, enabling them to adapt to an increasingly complex and constantly changing world. Creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit are strongly encouraged. 89% of UEM graduates find a job within a year of their graduation.
