Funded in 1996, the Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) is a public institution located in Madrid and has campuses spread in key areas of the city: Móstoles, Alcorcón, Vicálvaro, Aranjuez and Fuenlabrada. The URJC offers a wide range of courses at all levels within the areas of Engineering and Architecture, Arts and Humanities, Sciences, Health Sciences, Law and Social Sciences. The university is strongly committed to internationalisation: it offers an ever increasing number of courses in English and a substantial percentage of its student community is made of international students. Rey Juan Carlos University actively collaborates with companies and institutions and promotes research and the dissemination and transfer of knowledge and results to society.
