The Executive MBA is a program that combines online lessons and lessons in attendance and has a flexible duration that corresponds to a total of 75 CFU. Students will be able to customize their own path by choosing a series of Inspring Workshops, that is to say in-depth courses on topics of particular interest. At the end of it, the final project (project work) is foreseen for a total of 15 CFU; the project work, carried out in a group, can be carried out at the company of one of the participants or concern the development of a new business idea. The sessions in attendance will take place in a European office that is being defined. Are provided: - training hours provided face to face or online mode: 480 - Project work hours: 375 - Individual study hours: at least 645 - tot. Hours: at least 1875

The Executive MBA is designed to meet the management training needs of graduates in technical, economic and humanistic disciplines already engaged in work activities, who feel the need, in a path of continuous improvement, to adapt their skills to the managerial role in which they are called upon to operate by their companies. Part of the training programme is also dedicated to the development of Human Capabilities and Purpose. The Executive MBA delivered through training methods that, rather than providing a series of theoretical notions, tend instead to favor teaching based on practical aspects, discussion of business cases and with strong interaction between participants and the lecturer.

The Master is open to candidates holding a bachelor or a Master of Science degree. Equivalent foreign qualifications from their respective University Systems will be considered.
