The Master aims at increasing the skills and ""assets"" of the participants by providing them with the knowledge related to: - Business management, control techniques and performance measurement; - The value chain of the power, oil & gas markets and the main market players; - The regulatory framework and the impacts of market liberalisation; - The functioning and organisation of energy markets and stock exchanges; - Incentive mechanisms in the renewable sector and efficiency; - Energy production technologies and energy efficiency solutions; - Analysis, diagnosis and improvement of corporate performance in terms of sustainability, energy and environment; - The development of new businesses with particular reference to environmental and energy issues; - Soft skills, increasingly necessary to operate within complex organizations.

The Master aims at training young professionals to be involved in companies operating in the energy sector, by providing them with the basic and specialistic knowledge necessary for professional needs throughout the whole supply chain to efficently manage the energy transition processes. In order to train the above professionals, able to know the company in its strategic, organizational and functional aspects, the master offers, in addition to teaching the main techniques of management and business organization (strategic planning and control, business processes management, marketing, project management), lessons specifically focused on energy sector: power, oil & gas, distribution and sales, trading, renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, by including regulatory aspects, market scenarios, business models, processes and supporting systems.

MSc degree. Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective University System will be considered.
