The Executive Course is designed for managers and entrepreneurs who want to explore and apply innovative strategies that go beyond traditional company boundaries, using Open Innovation and Corporate Venturing models. The course focuses on frontier tools available to managers and professionals to promote innovative solutions within organizations. The programme combines theory and practice to provide a comprehensive view of Open Innovation models, exploring how artificial intelligence, Platforms and new approaches to corporate venturing can create a significant impact on business innovation by becoming strategic tools for experimenting with new business models, reducing risks and accelerating growth"

- Deepen the principles of Open Innovation, analyzing how collaboration with external actors can be an opportunity to structure innovation activities within your company. - Explore Corporate Venturing strategies by deepening the approaches of Venture Building and Venture Clienting. - Understand and identify ways in which to integrate AI into business innovation processes. - Develop the capacity to manage Open Innovation projects, exploiting strategic partnerships. - Offer a vision of new technologies and platform models as tools to support innovation.

Bachelor or Master of Science degree. Foreign qualification will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective University Systems.
