Description

The master is aimed at young graduates and graduates, with professional experience of less than 3 years, who are interested in acquiring all the knowledge and skills, both technical and non-technical, to start their career in the sector of product management. Moreover, it makes use of close collaborations of business links, such as Product Heroes, in order to combine theoretical preparation with a knowledge of business reality.

Educational project

The Master's in Digital Product Management is designed to train professionals to lead the creation and development of successful products in rapidly changing contexts. The course provides in-depth, multidisciplinary preparation for serving in the role of Product Manager, a key figure at the national and international level, combining strategic, technical and operational skills. Educational objectives include: - Provide the skills needed to define effective product strategies, manage the entire product lifecycle, and ensure that development is always aligned with market and user needs. - Develop advanced analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights, which are critical for identifying innovation opportunities and creating value for the company and customers. - Integrate cross-functional skills in technology, business and design to enable effective management of cross-functional teams and coordination of stakeholders inside and outside the organization. - Acquire industry best practices and state-of-the-art technologies to optimize the product development process, improve delivery capability, and strive for continuous improvement. - Develop an outcome-oriented mindset, emphasizing the importance of measuring success through concrete results, rather than focusing only on releasing features.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master of Science. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective university systems.
