Description
Market analysts and business experts agree that luxury companies outperform others even during turbulent times. This is due to their ability to satisfy the growing global consumer demand for the ""exceptional."" To meet this demand, luxury companies require specific and excellent skills, as well as the ability to deliver a unique customer experience during client interactions and to create deep meaning through their brand. Helping companies develop and manage these skills, and equipping them with the ability to succeed in the luxury market, requires specialized expertise that is not typically covered by traditional general management programs. The course is jointly offered with NEOMA Business School, a highly regarded institution in France that is internationally recognized both as a management school and specifically in the field of Luxury Management. As such, the master's program, delivered entirely in English and split between Milan and Reims, provides students with a truly international experience - a critical dimension for achieving success in this sector. Additionally, the program benefits from close collaborations with the industry, both through professional associations and directly with companies, in order to combine theoretical knowledge with practical business insights.
Educational project
This Master addresses young graduates who want to operate in the Luxury sector. It aims to train professionals to acquire the different technical and management skills necessary nowadays to operate in this sector.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science degree. For the candidates who have graduated abroad, equivalent study titles in the respective educational institutions will be considered.
