Description
The course offers a complete overview of the legislation relating to the digitalisation obligations of public administration (starting from the Digital Administration Code and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan) and the management of personal data (deriving from the EU GDPR Regulation). Attention is also paid to the trends, tools and opportunities that also derive from the implementation of the PNRR itself and the three-year plan for IT in the public administration. Particular attention is also given to the presentation of basic technical notions, concrete examples taken from best practices, case studies - including technical and managerial ones - with which students can concretely measure themselves through exercises, in order to offer opportunities for concrete experimentation and comparison as well as notional learning.
Educational project
The success of the digital transition process underway for Italian public administrations depends on several factors: careful and rational application of legal obligations, the adoption of technological tools suitable for the specific characteristics of the administration and the reference users , the development of awareness and digital culture of the institution's staff. In this context, the course aims to offer fundamental tools to participants to actively address the digitalisation of public bodies, with an interdisciplinary approach specific to the context of the Polytechnic of Milan.
