At Politecnico di Milano there is an online tool that allows partner universities to manage their students before, during and after the exchange period.
By connecting to this tool in different phases, officially registered staff at the partner universities may:
- nominate their students during the two application periods, but only after the applicants have duly completed the online application form
- for Autumn arrivals from 1st April to 7th May 2025
- for Spring arrivals from 1st to 31st October 2025
- download acceptance letters for students who need visa
- download the Confirmation of Attendance and the final official Transcript of Records at the end of the mobility period
- review the exchange history of their students over the years.
Official registration. To use the Online Tool, official registration is required: please follow the Instructions to access the Online Tool for partner institutions
Remember to save your person code and password for future logins (note: the password expires every twelve months).
Access the Online Tool. Registered staff will need an access code only for their first login (see Instructions). The 2FA or two-factor authentication requirement for accessing our online services has been eliminated. However, for secure access without 2FA, the online tool is only available via the following link: Online Tool for Partner Institutions
