Upload the Confirmation Letter - Arrival
It is the document that attests the actual beginning date of your mobility or the beginning of the virtual didactic activity. As soon as you arrive at the host institution the section Upon Arrival must be filled in, signed and stamped by the person or by the office in charge of exchange students.
Enter the date of arrival at the partner institution indicated in the Confirmation Letter.
Upload the Document of arrival in the host Country (boarding pass, train ticket, route receipts)

Make the Final Learning Agreement signed by the host institution
PLEASE NOTE: Within 30 days from the start of your mobility, you may modify your initial Learning Agreement by filling out the During the mobility annex.
