Family Services

Our University concretely supports parenthood, recognizing the importance of being able to reconcile the family dimension with the professional one. To this end, we activate a series of targeted initiatives that offer our people the opportunity to achieve a better work-life balance: affiliated nurseries, summer and Easter camps within the campuses, economic support measures.

Our welfare policies are designed to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment, where family needs are understood and supported, so that everyone can carry out their work in a serene and productive way, without sacrificing time to devote to their family.

We provide university staff with the opportunity to access the polytechnic nurseries located near the Leonardo and Bovisa campuses, and at the Territorial Hubs, with discounted rates. There are also agreements with kindergartens distributed throughout the territory, such as the Montessori nursery school (Milan), and a series of other agreements for the use of parenting support services, such as childcare and sleep counseling for children 0-3 years old. For parents who join the Insieme Salute supplementary assistance plan, it is also possible to take advantage of the babysitter search service, if necessary.
